Information on Data Processing for the Purpose of Ordering Products and Concluding a Purchase Agreement, Purchasing, and Delivering Products

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

 

We process your personal data for the purpose of ordering a product or service and concluding a purchase agreement, purchasing, and delivering the product, or based on the customer’s request to receive further information about updates on our website. The legal basis for processing your personal data is the purchase agreement in which the data subject is the buyer.

4. Categories of Personal Data Processed by the Data Controller

 

To fulfill the defined purpose of data processing, we process the following personal data: name, surname, email address, and other delivery information (address, city, telephone number – optional), as well as billing information (address, city, if different from delivery information).

5. Use and Processing of Personal Data

We may use your personal data for the purpose of ordering products or services, executing the purchase agreement, and delivering products.

6. Dijeljenje Vaših osobnih podataka

 

The Data Controller guarantees that your personal data is processed exclusively for the purposes listed in point 4 of this document and may be shared with public authorities in legally prescribed cases, supervisory authorities, and financial institutions.

7. Retention of Your Personal Data

 

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the use of the service/product or for the legally prescribed retention period for invoices.

  • Right to restriction of processing

  • Right to data portability

  • Right to object to the processing of personal data

  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – see point 10

  • Right to an effective legal remedy against a supervisory authority, controller, or processor

  • Right to compensation for damages

The right of access to personal data can be exercised only by personally visiting the business’s registered office and presenting a personal identification document (ID card, passport, etc.), with prior notice via email.

10. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority

 

You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data with the competent supervisory authority, the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the applicable data protection laws of the Republic of Croatia.
