LNA, a sole proprietorship for services and production, via the website www.leilananuk.com, provides the option to order and purchase digital educational products and subscriptions for educational services in the form of online courses.

This document, together with the referenced documents, establishes the general terms that govern the use of this website and the purchase of products. Please read these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy carefully before using this website.

If you are a minor, please ensure that you have the consent of your parents or guardian before purchasing any product from this website.

To stay informed of possible changes to the Terms of Service, you are required to periodically review the terms, as the terms in effect at the time of using the website or making a purchase will always apply.

Right to Amend Terms

 

The business reserves the right, without prior notice, to change the content of these terms, product assortment, prices, and other information related to the online store or website content. Users are therefore required to review the website content at each visit. The business is not liable for errors in product descriptions or images.

 

Privacy Guarantee

 

LNA is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal data of all visitors and customers, in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Employees and business partners are contractually obliged to respect privacy principles. We collect only essential customer data and inform users about its use, giving them the option to control marketing communications.

 

Personal data is stored securely and accessible only to employees or partners necessary for providing services. Data use is limited to order processing, sales transactions, and informing users about updates and promotions.

 

User data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by authorized state authorities for business oversight.

 

Sales Terms
Formation of the Sales Contract

 

The contract covers the order and purchase of a selected product or service online, concluded via remote communication (distance contract).

 

These Terms, along with product-specific conditions, constitute the offer of the business.

By registering, placing an order, and making payment, the user accepts these terms, thereby concluding the contract.

 

Right of Withdrawal

 

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer may unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period begins the day the product is received. Withdrawal can be made using the provided form. A copy of the standard withdrawal form is available here.

Digital products must not be unlawfully copied or shared. If the service has begun during the withdrawal period at the buyer's request, the buyer must pay proportionally for the portion already delivered. Refunds will be made using the same payment method after verifying that digital content was not distributed.

 

Product Prices and Availability

 

Prices are listed in euros and may change until purchase confirmation. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

After placing an order, you will receive payment instructions and a link to complete the transaction. Orders are processed within 48 hours of successful payment, and services begin on the scheduled start date, notified at least a week in advance. Buyers do not bear payment processing fees.

The sales contract is concluded upon receipt of payment. Minors require legal guardian consent to purchase.

Payment Method and Process

 

Payment for the product may be made via online card payment (Stripe) on the website www.leilananuk.com or through a provided payment link, or by direct bank transfer to the business’s account (depending on the product).

After your order is confirmed, please complete the payment using one of the methods listed above, as instructed on the website. All required information must be entered correctly. Your digital product order will be fulfilled within no more than 48 hours from the moment the order is submitted and payment successfully completed, and the delivery of services will begin in accordance with the scheduled start date, which will be communicated at least one week prior to the start of service delivery. The buyer does not bear any payment-related fees (bank fees, Fina, etc.).

The sales contract is considered concluded at the moment the payment is received in the business’s account.

Please note that a contract on behalf of a minor or a person without legal capacity may only be concluded by their legal guardian, and a person with limited legal capacity may enter into a contract only with the permission of their legal guardian.

 

Delivery and Fulfillment Conditions

 

Products are delivered by sending a link that provides access to them. Purchased products are delivered in digital form and are intended to be used in that same format. The maximum delivery time for products is 48 hours from the date the order is completed, and the delivery of services will begin according to the scheduled start date, which will be clearly specified at least one week before the service begins. In the event of any change in the delivery timeframe or any other important circumstance affecting the order, our customer support team will promptly notify the buyer.

For the delivery process, the buyer’s email address or WhatsApp number provided during the purchase is used. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered into the forms on this website.

LNA is not responsible for failed delivery of digital products due to an incorrectly entered email address or WhatsApp number. In the case of incorrect delivery information, the buyer has the right to contact us via the contact form at www.leilananuk.com/kontakt and provide the correct email address to which they wish to receive access to the digital content (which will be granted upon presenting proof of payment for the purchased product/service).

 

Intellectual Property Rights

 

The website www.leilananuk.com contains materials protected by copyright, trademark, design rights, and other rights belonging to natural or legal persons, including but not limited to rights to texts, applications, photographs, video materials, graphics, music, sound, and similar content, unless otherwise stated. It is not permitted to modify, publish, transmit, reproduce, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content, in whole or in part, without the explicit written consent of the rights holder. You are not authorized to download, copy, modify, edit, distribute, display, delete, send, sell, resell, adapt, or alter copyrighted materials in any way other than for your own personal use.

To avoid any doubt, the website expressly retains and does not transfer to the user any rights related to the content of the online store or the website, and prohibits the use of such content except as defined in these Terms of Service or as permitted by the instructions on the website.

Inability to Deliver

 

If delivery cannot be completed within 15 days from the date of payment for reasons beyond our responsibility, we will assume that you wish to terminate the contract and will cancel it. We reserve the right to charge any additional administrative costs incurred due to the contract termination.

Transfer of Risk and Ownership

 

The buyer assumes responsibility for the proper use of the product, as described here, from the moment of delivery. Each buyer is granted only the right to use the product or service and is not authorized to transfer it to another person.

 

Complaints and Claims

 

The buyer is obliged to review the content of the product or service upon receiving the link that provides access to it. If the buyer believes an error has occurred, we recommend contacting customer support immediately.

In accordance with the Law on Obligations (NN 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15, 29/18, 126/21, 114/22, and 156/22) and the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/22 and 59/23), complaints related to product defects and all other grievances may be submitted in writing via email or regular mail to:

The business undertakes to respond in writing to complaints within 15 days of receipt, clearly stating whether the complaint is accepted as valid. For this purpose, please include your full name and the address to which we can send our response. In the case of a justified complaint, contract termination with a refund or product replacement is permitted.

In disputes regarding the validity of a complaint or the manner in which a product was returned, the product must be unused, in its original form, without duplication or sharing with unauthorized persons, and accompanied by proof of payment.

In the event of a dispute between the business and the buyer, the buyer may seek out-of-court resolution in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Notice on the Method of Submitting a Written Consumer Complaint

In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette Nos. 19/2022 and 59/2023), we inform customers that they may express dissatisfaction regarding the provided service or product in one of the following ways:

The business undertakes to immediately provide written confirmation of receipt of the consumer complaint.

The business further undertakes to provide a written response to the complaint no later than 15 days from the date the complaint was received, clearly stating whether the complaint is accepted as valid. For this purpose, please include your name, surname, and address in the complaint you submit in person at the shop or send by mail.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, traders participating in online sales agreements are required to provide an electronic link to the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform on their websites. Customers can access the online consumer dispute resolution platform via the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/odr

Product Exchange

All customers have the right to exchange a product. A product may be exchanged within 14 working days from the receipt or start of delivery of the service or product. The customer must request an exchange by email at: nanuk.leila@gmail.com within 14 working days from receiving the link for using the service or product.

Proof in the form of a signed statement confirming that the customer has not copied, downloaded, or modified the received product or service content must be sent to the email address nanuk.leila@gmail.com within 7 working days of the approved request.

If the product or service being exchanged is of higher value, the price difference must be paid first. If it is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to the customer’s IBAN.
